Traveling together has been one of the great joys of Claire and Daniel’s relationship since their earliest days together. In the last 4 years, they have been on international trips to Switzerland, Germany, Costa Rica, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, and Canada, and domestic trips to Chicago, Boston, Napa, Vermont, Portland, Port Angeles, Park City, and Zion National Park, where they were engaged. They have always worked to balance adventure and relaxation, and share many similar tastes in travel experiences.
The couple are so excited to now be planning a honeymoon to East Africa: with stops in Qatar, Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda. In Tanzania they are planning to complete a “Walking Safari,” where they will spend three days hiking through the African bush on foot, staying in tents each night for a truly intimate encounter with nature and the tribes of the region.
They will then make their way to Rwanda where they plan on trekking to visit habituated Gorillas and Golden Monkeys in the rainforests of Volcanoes National Park.
It promises to be their most exciting adventure yet!
